Helping dog owners of Canine Renal

canine kidney failure occurs when the kidneys let the dog out their responsibilities to eliminate waste and regulate fluids in the blood. This condition can occur suddenly or gradually worsen over a long period of time. You may wonder what the differences between the two.

Acute

acute renal failure in dogs is a potentially fatal condition. The kidneys suddenly stop to eliminate toxins and regulation of fluids and urine. If your dogstop urinating, you can die quickly. The loss of kidney function can also cause heart failure, hypertension, and death. Although not fatal, the condition can progressively chronic failure.

Chronicle

Chronic failure occurs during a long period of time. Usually affects older cats over ten years. As the condition worsens, your dog may start vomiting and urinating and drinking too much. This chronic disease also causes plaster, badbreath, anemia, convulsions and sudden loss of vision.

Cause

One of the most common causes of kidney failure canine ingestion of toxins. This includes herbicides, pesticides, toxic plants, and antifreeze all. dog medications can also cause problems. These include anti-parasitic drugs, anesthetics, antibiotics, medicines for hypertension, and aspirin.

There are still many causes of kidney failure in dogs. Tumors of the bones, kidneys and lymph nodes are common. Bacterial infections that travel up the urinary tract can also cause kidney problems.

Diagnosis

If you suspect that the kidneys are the problem, the veterinarian will analyze a sample of blood and urine. The specific gravity of urine provides a great indicator of renal function. The urine also has a lot of sugar or protein in it. The blood sample is useful for monitoring of creatinine and blood> Urea nitrogen. If samples can not be analyzed in the office, which will be sent to a laboratory.

Treatment

After a diagnosis of canine renal failure, treatment depends on the underlying cause. Antibiotics and supportive therapy, hopefully, treatment of a bacterial infection of the kidneys. Like humans, dogs also can receive dialysis or a kidney transplant. These two treatment methods are the stages of progress of the disease.

What is the result of the blood test? Part 1 - Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

Complete metabolic panel, also known as CMP is a blood test low-cost offering vital information. Why is it important? Generally most people have not had the training to understand what the basic medium for laboratory testing. Complete metabolic panel is important because it provides an overview of exactly what and how the body is working. To understand the basis of blood tests will help your health care program. Whendoctor said that all results were normal, now you know what that means.

The comprehensive metabolic panel actually has 17 different tests in the panel. Within these17 test is important information for the kidneys, liver, electrolytes and blood sugar levels.

Glucose - To determine whether the level of blood glucose is within the sound settings, a screen to detect, diagnose and monitor diabetes and pre-diabetes.

Blood urea nitrogen(BUN) - This test measures the amount of nitrogen in the blood that comes from urea, a waste product. This is done when the protein is broken down in the body. It is used to evaluate kidney function and monitor the effectiveness of dialysis and other treatments for diseases or kidney damage.

Creatinine - To determine if the kidneys are functioning normally and to monitor treatment for kidney disease. The kidneys filter waste and otherunnecessary substances from the blood.

BUN / creatinine ratio - comparison of the two waste products of normal metabolic processes.

Sodium - To determine if the sodium concentration is within normal limits and to help evaluate electrolyte balance and renal function.

Potassium - To determine if serum potassium is within normal limits and to help evaluate an electrolyte imbalance. E 'essential for normaloperation, the nerves and muscles of the heart.

Chloride - To determine if there is a problem with the body's electrolytes and acid-base balance and to monitor treatment. It also helps maintain proper blood volume, blood pressure and pH of body fluids.

Carbon dioxide - Carbon dioxide is a waste product of metabolism gaseous done. The blood carries carbon dioxide to the lungs, where it is exhaled. The kidneys and lungs balance the levels ofcarbon dioxide and carbonic acid bicarbonate in the blood.

Football - To determine whether the level of blood calcium to normal levels. Calcium is important for many body functions including muscle contraction, nerve and brain function, bone formation and release of hormones.

Total Protein - To determine the nutritional status for the detection of liver and some kidney disorders and other diseases.

Albumin - For the selectionliver or kidney disease or to evaluate nutritional status.

Globulin-Globulins are proteins that can be measured in blood serum. High levels can indicate liver disease, chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Low levels may be related to kidney disease or immune deficiency due to intestinal diseases.

A / G - has to do with the relationship between albumin and globulin, serum proteins. A decrease in the ratio GA / often indicatesthe presence of liver function, nutritional status, kidney disease and many other conditions.

Total Bilirubin - To detect or monitor liver disorders.

ALP - to detect or monitor treatment of a liver or bone

AST (SGOT) - To detect damage in skeletal muscle and liver cells of the heart ..

ALT (SGPT) - To detect liver damage. Liver injury results in release of this enzyme in the blood.

L 'CMP can also be used to track the disease process and for treatment. Many treatable diseases do not show physical signs and symptoms until the damage is done. Just because you feel good, does not mean that something can not be wrong. Early detection saves time, money and headaches down the road.

Diabetes is increasing. Due to poor food choices and obesity, more people are developing type 2 diabetes. This can be prevented in some cases.Simple changes can be made in advance of the possibility of systemic body damage has begun. The American Diabetes Association is a great resource to learn more about diabetes.

liver disease can remain silent for many years until irreversible damage is done. The liver is the largest organ in the body. Plays a key role in many vital body functions. Acts as a filter and is involved in metabolism, hormones, coagulation, and more. Other important factors that can lead to liver diseasemay include alcohol, prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs and herbal supplements. Hepatitis may remain silent and only diagnosed by a simple blood test of liver showing increased liver enzymes. There are two main enzymes called ALT and AST. These enzymes are found in liver cells that can seep into the blood once the damage is done.

Kidney disease can remain silent for many years as well. Diseases such as hypertension and diabetes canaffect renal function. The kidneys perform many vital functions in the treatment of waste and excrete up the body in urine. When the kidneys fail to do their job, wastes build up quickly resulting in dialysis or death. The Centers for Disease Contol and Prevention, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report in March 2007 showed some impressive numbers. One in nine adults with chronic renal disease. Another figure shows that there are 470,000 people who depend on dialysis to live. This isalmost half a million people!

Electrolytes are used by nerve cells, heart and muscle to carry electrical impulses to muscles, nerves and brain. Electrolyte disturbances can occur with vomiting, diarrhea, or diseases that affect the hormones that regulate the concentration of electrolytes. Potassium levels are tied to the impulses of the heart, nerve and muscle function.

Time and money are crucial to each of us, fortunately there are ways to get to do the test of having to spend much moneyse. Reduce the loss of time, money and effort to understand the fundamentals of their first body. The next time you see your doctor, you may feel a bit "in charge, saying that I tried to understand what the results mean.

Nitric oxide works? A review Nitric Oxide

Lately, I've heard a lot of rumors on the effects available in No2 and building muscle.

No. 2 has been around for a couple of years and there has been a lot of people who have tried this special supplement with mixed results.

For those of you who do not know what is N02, I'll give a little background.

NO2 is an acronym for nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is due to relax the smooth muscle walls of small arteries called arterioles.

When a musclecontracts and dilates blood vessels, a "puff" of gas appears briefly and then disappears. This type of gas deposits in the underlying smooth muscle cells causing them to relax, allowing increased blood to flow more easily.

This gas is called nitric oxide.

You see, every time you stop a set of loops and feel that expanding feeling in your bicep, it means that nitric oxide was released on smooth muscle, causing an additional increase in blood flow tomuscles. It gives your muscles that full feeling and looking "bloated".

However, once you've finished your workout, your mussels slowly loose the blood that has accumulated during the workout and slowly returned to normal. Of course, the pump is one of the best feelings that are offered and you lose, well, sucks. Thus, the man who brought creatine to the fitness world, Ed Byrd, N02 gives Hemodilator.

This material is supposed to help release nitric oxide at different times ofday to keep your muscles feeling pumped. What Ed Byrd managed to do was create a delivery system called 9 phyex which should help to stimulate the release of nitric oxide at different times during the day. No doubt a good idea for most people out there who weight train. Who does not want a constant pump ... Maybe just walking down the street?

Well, I've heard a lot of NO2 and it caught my attention. Therefore, I decided to give this supplement a shot. I must admit that these thingsnot cheap. $ 80 each, which is a bit strong for everyday work, the weight coach. Today, there is a shot of nitrous oxide supplements out there and all costs
the same thing.

Now, I had my doubts. You see, this supplement uses arginine as the main delivery mechanism of nitric oxide. Ie, arginine should cause the reaction of nitric oxide produced the "bomb." Now, back to the mid-80's, I vividly remember a supplement called "Inosine" which should haveto do the same as NO2. Artieries had little reason to expand which would cause blood flow in most
muscle.

Well, as a young teenager with eyes open in search of a miracle supplment, this is consistent with the law. I bought a bunch of inosine in the hope that would help me build more strength and power. The result? A couple of hundred dollars down the toilet. I still see adds for inosine and I still shake my head.

So after some research I decided to give thisSpecial supplement a shot and see if the results were good, says the label. I chose to use the No. 2 Hemodilator for my nitric oxide supplement review.

According to the label, it reads "NO2 generates a perpetual pump, which helps improve strength, power rating, delays muscle fatigue"

Well, what I want to do this? First, according to the label, we conducted a clinical trial of this supplement to the University of Baylor. According to the results, there was a 300%increase the bank to those who were taking Hemodilator than those taking a placebo (dummy) in eight
weeks.

In addition, the group taking the Hemodilator gained more strength and power compared with the placebo group compared with the same period of 8 weeks.

Then, as I did with that extra money? Now, I'm finishing my third bottle and the results were amazing. Maybe I expected too much of this supplement, but I have not gained muchas I expected. There was a slight change of the bombs must go to the gym, but they are not perpetual. Pumps stay in the gym.

In terms of strength, stole "a bit on some of my compound movements but not as much as you would like to take creatine. For the performance, I can not say I noticed something for everyone. In terms of global power, I say it has increased ... But not 300% or even 20%.

I got my money's worth? This is a tougha say. I mean, I have the same results as if I did not use the supplement? Probably not. What I noticed more of this product was the bomb in the gym. As I said before, why pumps are mostly going to the gym.

I am happy with this product? I guess you could say I'm "fine" with him. However, when I take the supplement Xpand, which is a combination of nitric oxide booster arginine-creatine malate three, just explode! Perhaps the combination ofnitric oxide and creatine compliment each other rather than regular creatine or arginine straight.

In terms of side effects, I felt nothing. Just remember, huge doses of arginine may be toxic. However, there are some reports of users experiencing diarrhea, nausea with relatively high doses.

Now, I can recommend this product? If you do not want to have a product such as creatine, I should say yes. Works and produces some resultsprovided you have a well-established, the rise in eating habits and constant. Just remember, you have to be there for at least 8 weeks to see any outcome.

However, besides a good creatine product such as SAN V12 or Dymatize Xpand, I say no. These products
are much better and the results are immediate and dramatic.

So there you have it. A review team of nitric oxide supplement.
